Introductory Parent Call
A first conversation for parents who want to understand whether Elara’s approach may be relevant for their child.
Science-led parent guidance
Elara helps parents organize medical and laboratory information, understand evidence-informed supplement-related options, and prepare focused questions for their child’s physician.
Elara reflects guidance, orbit, protection, science, celestial clarity, and quiet strength — a calm presence helping families navigate complexity with confidence and care.
When parents need clarity
Many parents encounter information about folinic acid, B12, mitochondrial support, methylation, gut health, genetics, laboratory testing, and supplements — but are left unsure what may be relevant for their own child. Elara helps parents approach this space responsibly, scientifically, and with the right medical support.
About
Elara is led by Dr. Ella Fremder, PhD in Biology, with many years of experience across academia, biotechnology, translational science, healthcare innovation, quality systems, and regulatory environments.
Based in Hong Kong, Dr. Fremder works with leading physicians, researchers, and clinical teams involved in autism-related biomedical research and care, including teams currently treating complex pediatric cases in Israel.
Elara combines scientific depth with parent-centered guidance, helping families translate complex information into clearer, physician-ready questions.
Services
Elara provides education, scientific case organization, and coaching. Services are designed to support informed discussion with licensed medical professionals.
A first conversation for parents who want to understand whether Elara’s approach may be relevant for their child.
A structured review of available medical history, laboratory results, supplement history, and previous evaluations to identify missing information and physician-discussion points.
A child-specific educational report organizing available information, explaining relevant biological pathways, and summarizing supplement-related options in the context of current literature.
Support for families tracking response to physician-supervised interventions, reviewing changes over time, and preparing follow-up questions for their medical team.
Approach
Every child is different. Some children may show findings related to folate metabolism, B12 status, methylation, mitochondrial function, oxidative stress, nutritional deficiencies, gastrointestinal imbalance, immune activity, or genetic and metabolic vulnerability. Others may not.
The goal is not to follow a generic protocol. The goal is to organize the available information, understand what may be missing, and help parents prepare more focused conversations with their child’s medical team.
